Terms of service

Webstore Policies:

• Owner/Store Customer will set the closing date for each individual store.  All orders must be placed  before the closing date of the store.
• Orders will not process until the day after the store closing date.
• Once the store closes, all items will be ordered and sent into production.
• Production time is typically 2 weeks from the date of store closing.
• Items will be shipped out via your shipment choice and at that time you will receive the confirmation of shipment along with the appropriate tracking information.
• All items are custom ordered and are not returnable or exchangeable so please check orders before submitting.
